Chart of Accounts

Chart of Accounts: this is a list of all general ledger used by one or several company code. For each GL account it contains the account number, account name and the information that controls how an account function and how a gl account is created in the company code, it is a variant.

1. Operating COA: IT contains the GL accounts that you use for posting in the company code during daily activities.

2. Group COA: The group COA contains the gl accounts that are used by the corporate group. This allows the company to provide reports for the entire corporate group. The assignment of group COA to company code is optional.

3. Country Specific COA: It contains all gl accounts needed to meet the country’s legal requirements. This allows you to provide statements for the country’s legal requirements.
